Key Responsibilities
- Set program objectives, staffing, safeguarding coverage, and delivery measures.
- Supervise leads and review outcomes with program and compliance partners.
- Pause activities when required supervision or safety conditions are missing.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience guiding young people or coordinating youth programs, with inclusive communication.
- Willingness to follow approved supervision, privacy, and incident procedures.
Volunteer Requirements
- Complete the volunteer application and any requested follow-up conversation.
- Follow Cougs 4 Kids privacy, safety, inclusion, and youth-protection expectations.
- Complete the volunteer enrollment form, consented background screening, orientation, and assigned role training before placement. Youth contact and system access require documented clearance and authorization.
- Communicate availability, questions, and concerns early.
