Key Responsibilities
- Track volunteer applications, screening milestones, orientation, and approved placements.
- Maintain accurate schedules, reminders, and access requests in the approved system.
- Escalate missing clearances before a volunteer is assigned to youth contact.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience coordinating the assigned work and documenting decisions clearly.
- Care with private information, role boundaries, and timely escalation.
Volunteer Requirements
- Complete the volunteer application and any requested follow-up conversation.
- Follow Cougs 4 Kids privacy, safety, inclusion, and youth-protection expectations.
- Complete the volunteer enrollment form, consented background screening, orientation, and assigned role training before placement. Youth contact and system access require documented clearance and authorization.
- Communicate availability, questions, and concerns early.
