Key Responsibilities

• Verify guardian or participant image permissions through the approved process before recording or sharing.
• Capture and edit youth media with accessible captions and without identifying details unless approved.
• Keep original files in approved storage and restrict access to the media team.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with youth media, accessible editing, and controlled file handling.
• Ability to confirm image permissions before capturing, storing, or distributing footage.

Volunteer Requirements

• Complete the volunteer application and any requested follow-up conversation.
• Follow Cougs 4 Kids privacy, safety, inclusion, and youth-protection expectations.
• Complete the volunteer enrollment form, consented background screening, orientation, and assigned role training before placement. Youth contact and system access require documented clearance and authorization.
• Communicate availability, questions, and concerns early.
