Key Responsibilities

• Inventory, stage, and check equipment before activities.
• Coordinate safe setup, sign-out, return, and repair with the logistics lead.
• Remove unsafe equipment and report shortages before use.

• Reliable coordination of logistics and practical problem solving.
• Ability to follow event safety, accessibility, and privacy instructions.

Volunteer Requirements

• Complete the volunteer application and any requested follow-up conversation.
• Follow Cougs 4 Kids privacy, safety, inclusion, and youth-protection expectations.
• Complete the volunteer enrollment form, consented background screening, orientation, and assigned role training before placement. Youth contact and system access require documented clearance and authorization.
• Communicate availability, questions, and concerns early.
