Key Responsibilities
- Welcome participants and confirm registration through the approved roster.
- Direct families to accessible check-in, meals, and assigned program contacts.
- Protect roster information and escalate discrepancies to the lead.
Skills & Qualifications
- Reliable coordination of logistics and practical problem solving.
- Ability to follow event safety, accessibility, and privacy instructions.
Volunteer Requirements
- Complete the volunteer application and any requested follow-up conversation.
- Follow Cougs 4 Kids privacy, safety, inclusion, and youth-protection expectations.
- Complete the volunteer enrollment form, consented background screening, orientation, and assigned role training before placement. Youth contact and system access require documented clearance and authorization.
- Communicate availability, questions, and concerns early.
